IBM Global Services engages Covalense in Oracle BSS space on some of the critical and challenging implementations such as cross product migration to OBRM, high SLA driven L3 maintenance projects and OBRM upgrade projects for their client in Europe (Vodafone Greece) and Australia (Vodafone Australia and New Zealand).
Covalense has also embarked in developing our own IP in the areas of Mediation (Covalense Optimal Mediation and Network analysis System), Interconnect Vendor Offer Management (CIMS) and Business Intelligence Reporting Services (BIRS) which are implemented across few Telco operators

Covalense played a crucial role in functional consulting and helped Intuit to build and end-to end systems testing on whole solution delivery in SaaS model.
