Roles & Responsibilities: 

·         With guidance, support and supervision, learn the overall Business vision, project objectives and project goals. 

·         Basic Understanding of SAP Manual Testing, Functional and Regression Test Automation. 

·         Get involved in product design to guarantee adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements. 

·         Test all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, Regression and service. 

·         Work with the Design and development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management. 

·         Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases. 

·         With the help of Test Manager apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and 

·         build automated testing frameworks. 

·         Under supervision, learn and implement automation test framework 

·         Record test results, report and verify software bug fixes to accept automation criteria. 

·         Coordinate with program and development management teams in product development lifecycle to confirm end user product and quality requirements along with development schedule. 

·         Analyse performance test requirements and develop test plans. 

·         Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

 An understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product 

 Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution. 

  Resolving the issues through Phone, chat, and email communication channels. 

·         Meet SLAs like response and resolution times with help of the Functional & Technical team. 

·         Collaborate with Functional & Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate. 

·         Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status. 

·         Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability. 

·         Document solutions for knowledge base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team. 

·         Understanding of Microfocus ALM Software (Microfocus Quality Center) Testing Tools 

·         Experience in software development life cycle and software development methodologies like Agile, Azure DevOps etc. 

Competencies/Authorities 

·         SAP Domain Knowledge – SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PM, SAP QM, SAP MFG 

·         SAP Testing & Validation 

·         JIRA 

·         DevOps.
